What you will do

• Perform protein purification, complexation, vitrification, and clipping for high-quality CryoEM sample preparation.
• Load and operate CryoEM microscopes, executing automated data collection workflows.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support high-throughput protein structure determination.
• Document experimental data, interpret results, and report findings in databases and team meetings.
• Troubleshoot issues, contribute to experiment planning, and optimize processes and protocols.

Requirements

• MSc in Biochemistry, Structural Biology, Biophysics, Molecular Biology, Chemistry or related with 0-2+ years experience, or BSc with 2-4+ years related experience.
• Hands-on experience in wet lab techniques including pipetting, buffer preparation, and protein purification.
• Strong understanding of protein chemistry concepts like molarity, concentration, and buffer formulation.
• Ability to work in fast-paced collaborative environment with strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with structural biology techniques and CryoEM sample preparation.
• Prior exposure to CryoEM workflows or microscope operation with SerialEM.
