Location: 100% remote

Salary: $74K–$85K

What you will do

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design training products using ADDIE methodology.
• Develop instructional objectives, test methods, and engaging materials for instructor-led, web-based, e-learning, and mobile delivery.
• Research data sources, compile requirements, and create computer-based training and performance support systems.
• Participate in visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and evaluation to foster innovation.
• Review products for course flow, compliance with style guidelines, and instructional integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field + 2+ years of eLearning design/development experience.
• Experience with adult learning theory, advanced IMI 2 and basic IMI 3 interactive media, and ADDIE for complex courses.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Strong writing, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills; attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required customer clearance.

Nice to have

• Prior US Navy or US Military experience.
• Experience in Agile teams with Jira.
• Familiarity with US Navy AIM II Learning Object Module (LOM).
