Instructional Designer (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid in Budapest, Hungary (3-4 days in office)

What you will do

• Assess learning needs and develop technical content and resources that meet regulatory and user requirements.
• Create customer-facing training assets including eLearning, instructor-led training presentations, and manuals.
• Collaborate with the science team to design and update participant caregiver form trainings.
• Maintain domain knowledge in therapeutic areas such as Respiratory, Imaging, eCOA, and Cardiac.
• Work cross-functionally with SMEs in Content Development, Customer Care, and Product Management.
• Optimize team workflows, procedures, and communicate project risks in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or certification in learning and development, education, business, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in a corporate training role applying instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline, Review) and Adobe (Captivate, InDesign).
• Strong organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in Budapest to support a hybrid work schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with illustration editing and AI tools.
• Professional certifications and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
