Instructional Designer (SaaS)

TL;DR

Instructional Designer (SaaS): Designing and developing impactful learning experiences for employees, customers, and partners with an accent on translating technical product requirements into engaging training materials. Focus on creating scalable eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and self-service Help Center resources to improve product adoption.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $82,150 – $90,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and develop learning assets including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and videos.
• Translate product documentation and SME knowledge into structured, learner-centered training experiences.
• Collaborate with Training Program Managers and cross-functional teams to define scope and develop solutions.
• Maintain and update training materials to ensure alignment with evolving product features.
• Incorporate learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Develop scalable self-service learning content within Help Center environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in SaaS or L&D environments.
• Proficiency with instructional design tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) or similar platforms.
• Strong ability to independently translate complex or unstructured information into clear learning content.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with LMS platforms, specifically Docebo.
• Proficiency with multimedia tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in EHS/ESG domains.
