TL;DR
Learning Design Consultant: Design, develop, implement, and maintain eLearning, workshops, social learning, and performance support materials with an accent on interactive instructional content and LMS technical support. Focus on creating engaging synchronous and asynchronous courses, editing materials, and facilitating training programs.
Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
Base Salary: $79,000 to $96,000 + discretionary performance bonus

What you will do
- Lead design, development, implementation, and maintenance of eLearning, workshops, and other training materials for business initiatives.
- Provide technical support for the learning management system.
- Create interactive instructional materials and performance support tools for classroom and web-enabled courses.
- Collaborate with the learning & development team on design consultation for projects.
- Edit course materials, develop integrated content, and facilitate training programs and meetings.
Requirements
- University degree in learning, design, or communication-related discipline (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- Experience with learning management system and eLearning authoring tools (Captivate, Lectora, Storyline).
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation methods.
- Background in designing and developing learning solutions.
- Current work authorization for Canada required.
Nice to have
- Experience with web development or web technologies (HTML, Flash, Javascript).
- Graphic design and course content development skills.
