TL;DR

Learning Experience Designer Specialist (Medtech): Designing and delivering high-impact, research-based learning experiences for primary care practices with an accent on technology adoption and value-based care workflows. Focus on creating scalable learning paths, developing interactive multimedia content, and measuring instructional effectiveness.

Location: Remote, must be based in the US

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 base + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Partner with business leads and SMEs to analyze training needs and determine learning objectives.
  • Design and develop scalable learning across formats including live virtual sessions, on-demand modules, microlearning, and gamified experiences.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning science to create cohesive, non-redundant learning paths.
  • Define success metrics for engagement and effectiveness and develop corresponding assessments.
  • Lead projects independently, managing timelines, dependencies, and risk.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience designing learning solutions in corporate tech, SaaS, healthcare tech, or edtech.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their functional capabilities.
  • Proven experience with blended learning, coaching models, and on-demand eLearning.
  • Strong video editing skills and proficiency with Camtasia and Articulate 360.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum design, or health care management preferred.
