TL;DR

Instructional Designer: Designing and developing engaging training content and learning experiences with an accent on instructional design best practices and content management within an LMS. Focus on creating high-quality materials and tracking learner engagement to enhance performance and close knowledge gaps.

Location: Hybrid - requires working onsite in our Denver, CO office 2 days per week.

Salary: $74,000 - $92,500 USD

What you will do

  • Design and develop interactive learning materials using instructional design best practices.
  • Create high-quality content with tools like Canva, Microsoft Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Manage learning content by uploading, organizing, and updating materials within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Track and report learner engagement, training completion, and overall effectiveness.
  • Facilitate or support live and virtual training sessions, coordinating logistics and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to identify learning needs and continuously improve content.

Requirements

  • Experience in instructional design or a related learning and development role, ideally within a SaaS or digital sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and facilitate impactful training for sales audiences in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising and SaaS sales processes.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, Canva, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and e-learning tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once while adapting to shifting priorities.
