Instructional Designer

What you will do

• Conduct needs assessments and identify learning objectives and strategies for the CX team.
• Design and develop digital learning materials, including presentations, tutorials, videos, and job aids.
• Create interactive learning experiences catering to diverse learning styles and preferences.
• Measure the effectiveness and impact of learning interventions through evaluations.
• Iterate and improve instructional materials based on facilitator feedback and needs analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to enhance training resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and instructor-led training.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional technology tools.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Eligible to work in the US (based on 401k and US health insurance benefits).

Nice to have

• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Reach.
• Experience using Vyond or similar animation software.
