What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of TA Business Partners across US & LATAM to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Drive regional hiring strategy and global TA Ops initiatives to build scalable recruiting infrastructure.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business needs into workforce plans.
  • Optimize recruitment processes using data and metrics to improve quality of hire and efficiency.
  • Integrate AI-driven tools into sourcing and screening to elevate operational efficiency and human judgment.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles, internal mobility, and succession planning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in high-growth global tech companies.
  • 3+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Proven expertise in TA Operations, systems, and vendor management.
  • Deep understanding of US and LATAM talent markets.
  • High data fluency with the ability to drive decisions using hiring metrics and insights.
  • Experience applying AI tools to improve recruiting quality and efficiency.
