What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of TA Business Partners across US & LATAM to ensure high-quality execution.
- Drive regional hiring strategy and global TA Ops initiatives to build scalable recruiting infrastructure.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business needs into workforce plans.
- Optimize recruitment processes using data and metrics to improve quality of hire and efficiency.
- Integrate AI-driven tools into sourcing and screening to elevate operational efficiency and human judgment.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles, internal mobility, and succession planning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in high-growth global tech companies.
- 3+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition teams.
- Proven expertise in TA Operations, systems, and vendor management.
- Deep understanding of US and LATAM talent markets.
- High data fluency with the ability to drive decisions using hiring metrics and insights.
- Experience applying AI tools to improve recruiting quality and efficiency.
