What you will do

• Develop and execute the integrated field marketing strategy for the UK&I, Nordics, and Israel.
• Partner with regional sales leaders to align marketing activities with pipeline priorities and revenue objectives.
• Manage and allocate the regional field marketing budget, prioritizing investments based on expected ROI.
• Lead the regional event strategy, delivering high-impact industry conferences and executive roundtables.
• Optimize the regional website experience and develop localized customer success stories to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of leading field marketing or regional demand generation programs.
• Experience managing regional marketing budgets and evaluating program ROI across multiple markets.
• BA/BS degree.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience working in the Fintech industry.
• Proficiency in French or German as a second language.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace.
