Salary: $169,000 - $248,500 for US-based team members

What you will do
- Lead strategic shift to value-based selling through change management, training curriculum, and measurement frameworks
- Build and scale enablement programs including onboarding, playbooks, certifications, and competitive intelligence
- Develop AI-powered coaching using conversation intelligence and performance analytics
- Integrate AI tools into enablement workflows for account strategy, content, coaching, and pipeline analytics
- Partner with product marketing and engineering to align messaging and influence roadmap
- Design metrics to measure effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive sales performance
- Lead and mentor a team of four enablement professionals
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or related field
- 4+ years people management in enablement or revenue teams
- Demonstrated experience leading sales methodology transformation to value-based or consultative selling
- Experience implementing AI-powered sales tools like conversation intelligence or coaching platforms
- Working knowledge of enterprise software sales and AI/ML landscape
- Technical fluency to communicate complex AI/ML solutions
Nice to have
- Experience building enablement at scale in data science, ML, or open source software companies
- Certification in sales methodology (Challenger, MEDDIC) with distributed team experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS, and sales enablement tools
- Advanced degree (MBA or relevant Master's)
