Location: Must be based in North America (Remote USA/Canada) or onsite in Virginia Beach, Toronto, Vancouver, or Sarasota

Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 CAD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contracts, focusing exclusively on winning new dealers.
  • Prospect relentlessly to maintain a pipeline at 3x the assigned quota.
  • Conduct sharp discovery and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
  • Use data and insights to make the ROI of the marketplace obvious to prospects.
  • Manage the sales funnel in Salesforce with accurate forecasts and disciplined activity.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and account teams to ensure a seamless transition for new dealers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate your own pipeline and close net-new business.
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM for data-driven selling.
  • Authorized to work in the USA or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Sales experience in digital marketing, media, or online marketplaces.
  • Background selling to dealers or Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMBs).
  • Experience in automotive, RV, marine, powersports, or commercial truck/equipment industries.
