Location: Must be based in North America (Remote USA/Canada) or onsite in Virginia Beach, Toronto, Vancouver, or Sarasota
Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 CAD (OTE)

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contracts, focusing exclusively on winning new dealers.
- Prospect relentlessly to maintain a pipeline at 3x the assigned quota.
- Conduct sharp discovery and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Use data and insights to make the ROI of the marketplace obvious to prospects.
- Manage the sales funnel in Salesforce with accurate forecasts and disciplined activity.
- Collaborate with onboarding and account teams to ensure a seamless transition for new dealers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to generate your own pipeline and close net-new business.
- Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM for data-driven selling.
- Authorized to work in the USA or Canada.
Nice to have
- Sales experience in digital marketing, media, or online marketplaces.
- Background selling to dealers or Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMBs).
- Experience in automotive, RV, marine, powersports, or commercial truck/equipment industries.
