TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (French): Managing a portfolio of strategic Canadian partnerships to drive food waste reduction with an accent on account growth, partner retention, and product adoption. Focus on optimizing meal savings, executing strategic account plans, and leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for VP-level stakeholders.

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 + commission per annum

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic key account partners and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive retention.
  • Analyze store data to accurately forecast meal savings and proactively manage operational risks.
  • Oversee the full account lifecycle from onboarding through to ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Store Operations, and Marketing teams to optimize supply quality and store coverage.
  • Act as the voice of the client internally to advocate for needs and contribute to the mission of reducing food waste.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer success, or account management, specifically selling into VP-level executives.
  • Bilingual language skills in French and English.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Canada to support the hybrid work model (3x a week in office).
  • Proven ability to manage and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive commercial deals.
  • Strong data analysis skills to create performance reports, projections, and identify trends.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, Asana, and Google Workspace.

Nice to have

  • Industry experience in food, hospitality, media, or technology.
  • Experience with value-based selling and/or MEDDICC methodology.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
