Technical Program Manager - Implementation

Location: San Francisco, Denver, or New York; four days in-office and one day working remotely each week

Salary: $165,000–$209,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity and benefits

Candid Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company developing a SaaS platform and customer implementation capabilities.

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale initiatives, including roadmaps, milestones, and delivery tracking across multiple teams.
• Translate customer implementation needs into technical requirements and coordinate feature rollouts with Operations and stakeholder teams.
• Align Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, and Implementation teams around shared objectives and delivery plans.
• Map dependencies between core infrastructure and customer-facing workflows, identifying operational and technical bottlenecks early.
• Anticipate risks, facilitate trade-off discussions between delivery speed and technical debt, and support resolution of blockers.
• Report program health, resource allocation, and key performance indicators to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a similar role.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects from inception to launch.
• Comfort working with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure and following technical discussions.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical updates to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or Asana and documentation tools such as Confluence or Notion.
• Strong analytical, organizational, collaborative, and risk-management skills.
