Senior Project Manager (Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: United States of America. Candidates near San Antonio, Texas work hybrid with two days in the office; candidates elsewhere in the United States may work 100% from home. Travel up to 15%.

Salary: $119,583.00–$175,388.40 per year, depending on geographic market, skills, knowledge, and experience. Additional incentives may include an annual bonus, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

What you will do

• Lead complex infrastructure, cloud, transformation, migration, managed services, and professional services projects from initiation through closure.
• Establish project governance, delivery methodologies, reporting structures, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and decision-making forums.
• Manage scope, change control, risks, issues, dependencies, quality, timelines, and customer business outcomes.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing delivery lead and trusted advisor for executives, sponsors, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Present project health, financial performance, risks, mitigation plans, and critical decisions to executive audiences.
• Lead cross-functional teams and support customer growth, pre-sales, service expansion, and transition into business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of project management experience delivering complex technology projects and programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience at the manager's discretion.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in external client-facing professional services, managed services, cloud services, IT infrastructure, or technology consulting.
• Experience delivering SOW-based enterprise engagements involving private cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, migration, hosting, managed services, or digital transformation.
• Strong financial, commercial, risk, change, communication, negotiation, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills, including experience with geographically dispersed teams and Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.

Nice to have

• Pre-sales, RFP/RFI, proposal, and Statement of Work experience.
• Program management across large multi-workstream initiatives.
• Experience driving customer growth and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Additional cloud or technology certifications.
