Senior Program Manager

Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Virginia, United States; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

Salary: $110,500-$141,600 annually.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs supporting business transformation, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, resource allocations, governance practices, and performance reports.
• Align stakeholders, internal and external partners, and enabling functions around program goals and success metrics.
• Identify risks, issues, and interdependencies across teams and coordinate timely resolution.
• Support business cases and investment planning through data analysis and scenario modeling.
• Mentor program managers and team leads while improving program delivery methodologies and change readiness.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Must work in a hybrid arrangement in Vienna, Virginia.
• At least 5 years of relevant program management experience, including 2 years leading multi-phase, cross-functional programs.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, program governance, budgeting, resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Expert knowledge of change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Veteran status.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP, PgMP, or Lean/Agile certification.
• Experience with business process transformation or organizational change management.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira.
