Senior Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Tallahassee, Florida, United States

What you will do

• Lead multiple medium-to-large-scale IT projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with Florida Rule 60GG governance, reporting, documentation, and oversight requirements.
• Prepare project charters, work breakdown structures, communication plans, risk registers, status reports, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate delivery across WITS, business units, technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Support business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, quality assurance, and SDLC activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification required.
• At least 7 years of IT experience and 7 years managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing projects across multiple technologies and business domains.
• Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid Project Management, change management, risk management, resource management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with enterprise PMO and governance frameworks.

• Experience supporting government or public-sector organizations.
• Experience with Workforce Modernization or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, vendor management, business process analysis, or requirements management.
