TL;DR
HR Leader (Fiberon Operations): Serve as the primary onsite HR contact for a 24/7 manufacturing facility, handling employee relations, recruiting, payroll, and performance management with an accent on building trust on the manufacturing floor and supporting frontline leaders. Focus on leading investigations, coaching managers, driving engagement activities, and improving HR processes in a fast-paced operations environment.
Onsite Monday-Friday in Meridian, Idaho (consistent presence required), with flexibility for occasional off-hours support. Relocation support available to qualified candidates.
Salary: $70,000 USD - $110,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as primary onsite HR contact for associates and leaders, providing guidance on policies, practices, and programs.
- Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective actions.
- Handle recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and compensation reviews.
- Support change initiatives, employee communications, engagement activities, and culture-building efforts.
- Drive HR projects, process improvements, and data management in HR systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of HR experience, or GED with equivalent experience
- Experience as HR Generalist supporting hourly employees
- HR systems experience (Workday preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting)
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Meridian, Idaho, with occasional off-hours flexibility

- Experience in manufacturing, production, or operations environment
- Partnering with frontline leaders in fast-paced settings
- Supporting change initiatives
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
