Service Desk Analyst (Health IT)

TL;DR

Service Desk Analyst (Health IT): Provide level one and level two support for hardware and software issues across St. Clair Health in Pittsburgh, PA with an accent on imaging, installations, configurations, deployments, and initial network troubleshooting. Focus on resolving endpoint management problems, prioritizing and escalating tickets, and maintaining support documentation.

Location: Onsite at St. Clair Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Requires availability for rotating shifts (7 AM - 3 PM and 3 PM - 11 PM), including weekends and holidays. Occasional travel up to 10% and on-call support.

Hourly Pay: $22.00

What you will do

• Identify and resolve desktop/laptop hardware problems.
• Prioritize and escalate tickets as appropriate, including initial network troubleshooting.
• Resolve endpoint management issues and work proactively on them.
• Assist in new system deployments and software installations.
• Create and maintain support documentation for customers and the department.
• Provide suggestions on departmental projects and manage assigned projects.
• Assist in Intranet web page updates.

Requirements

• BA or BS Degree, or relevant business experience; IT Certifications preferred.
• 2-5 years experience in Health IT or highly regulated environment preferred; 1-4 years in healthcare IT management preferred.
• Strong networking background required; network security preferred.
• Excellent client-facing skills for a highly critical, fast-paced environment.
