Salary: $22.00 per hour

What you will do
- Provide level one and level two support for IS-supported hardware and software.
- Perform imaging, installations, configurations, and deployment of systems.
- Identify and resolve desktop/laptop hardware problems and escalate tickets appropriately.
- Execute initial network troubleshooting and proactively manage endpoints.
- Create and maintain support documentation for customers and internal departmental use.
- Assist with Intranet web page updates and manage assigned projects.
Requirements
- BA or BS Degree and/or relevant business experience.
- Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA for onsite work.
- 2-5 years of experience in Health IT or a highly regulated environment.
- Strong networking background is required.
- Availability for rotating shifts (7 AM - 3 PM and 3 PM - 11 PM), including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to provide occasional after-hours, on-call, or holiday support.
Nice to have
- Relevant IT Certifications.
- 1-4 years of experience in information technology management from a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of network security.
