What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT tickets, requests, and technical issues.
- Triage and resolve or escalate IT tickets based on impact and severity.
- Prepare and maintain IT hardware and support the Windows desktop environment.

- Support software rollouts and the implementation of new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT service delivery environment.
- Strong proficiency in supporting Microsoft Windows desktop environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
- Location: Must be based in Portland, OR for 5 days a week onsite work.
