Solution Engineer (Identity Security)

Solution Engineer (Identity Security): Partner with sales teams to demonstrate hirify.global’s identity security platform and design tailored solutions for customer environments with an accent on identity governance, access management, and security challenges. Focus on delivering technical demonstrations, supporting proof-of-value engagements, and translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Location: Remote (United Kingdom) – Successful applicants must be resident in UK. Relocation or visa-sponsorship is not available. Domestic and International travel is required on a flexible basis.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to support sales opportunities.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to discover and refine identity and security challenges.
• Deliver compelling technical demonstrations of hirify.global solutions.
• Design solution approaches aligned to customer environments.
• Support proof-of-value engagements and technical evaluations.
• Translate technical capabilities into meaningful business outcomes.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams across sales, product, and engineering.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken/written)
• Must be resident in UK
• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and how they operate.
• Strong understanding or experience in Identity and key identity principles.
• Understanding or experience with IaaS environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding or experience with AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting professionally to a wide audience, including technical demonstrations.
