What you will do
- Take full ownership of the public sector sales cycle from initial prospecting and qualification to deal closure.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the pipeline within key government departments and agencies.
- Identify, shape, and convert high-value opportunities leveraging G-Cloud, DOS, and AI DPS frameworks.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with senior civil servants and departmental decision-makers.
- Articulate the value of LLM, Generative AI, and Machine Learning solutions to public sector buyers.
- Represent the company at industry events and TechUK sessions to enhance brand presence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing complex sales cycles specifically within central and/or local government.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets by building relationships with senior UK public sector stakeholders.
- Demonstrable expertise in winning bids through major government procurement frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, DOS).
- Experience scaling a business pipeline within a digital consultancy or technology services environment.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, data, and modern engineering practices.
- Must be based within a commutable distance to London.
