- Participate in on-call rotation for timely support.
- Apply basic networking knowledge as needed.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years in desktop support.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, HP hardware, iOS devices, and ServiceNow.
- Basic networking experience preferred.
- A+ certification highly desired.
- Reliable transportation.
