What you will do

• Lead U.S. operations, develop business plans to increase revenue and market share.
• Manage Texas manufacturing facility focusing on safety, quality, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance (FAA, OSHA, EPA, ISO 9001).
• Scale services and spare parts business through forecasting, pricing, and customer responsiveness.
• Handle P&L, budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
• Build and develop U.S. leadership team, drive talent engagement and succession planning.
• Foster relationships with customers, suppliers, government bodies, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Located in Ft. Worth, TX
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration or related; MBA or master’s preferred.
• 15–20 years in senior leadership in project management or manufacturing, 8+ years in U.S./North American markets.
• Fluency in English mandatory; proficiency in Spanish desirable.
• Proven P&L responsibility, aviation infrastructure experience desirable.
• Strong project management, operational improvement, ERP (SAP), data analytics, U.S. regulatory knowledge.

• Experience in multinational context and cross-cultural teams.
