What you will do

• Define and operationalize the global coaching and peer enablement strategy across all member groups.
• Establish standards for coaching excellence, including scorecards, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
• Lead and develop global coaching resources, including facilitators, Experts in Residence (EIRs), and peer captains.
• Build and scale onboarding, training, and certification programs for peer captains and facilitators.
• Monitor and improve Pod Health performance, focusing on engagement, attendance, and member outcomes.
• Conduct quality reviews and calibration initiatives to ensure coaching effectiveness and operational alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in coaching, enablement, consulting, facilitation, or operational leadership.
• Proven track record of building and scaling enablement or accountability programs across distributed global teams.
• Strong operational leadership skills with experience developing KPIs and performance management frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change while maintaining alignment and execution discipline.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience leading peer groups, masterminds, or community-driven programs.
• Background in MSP, SaaS, technology services, or recurring revenue business environments.
• Experience developing certification and facilitator training programs at scale.
