What you will do

• Lead and supervise a team of Vehicle Safety Officers (VSOs) during shifts to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day on-road testing operations, including work schedules and task assignment.
• Line manage a group of VSOs with documented monthly face-to-face performance contact.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customer initiatives and cascade instructions to the team.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all operations comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Act as the initial Operations Officer for on-road incidents according to the Major Incident Management Plan.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sunnyvale, CA
• Fluent in English
• Proven experience as a team coordinator or in a similar leadership role.
• Full clean driving license with at least 5 years of driving experience.
• No blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years.
• Ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing
