What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations across the full client lifecycle, from pilot scoping through implementation and renewal.
- Lead end-to-end client implementation, driving cross-functional accountability across CS, Ops, Product, and Engineering.
- Synthesize complex data and perspectives from Sales, Ops, Product, and Legal to drive strategic decisions with the Executive leadership team.
- Oversee the scoping and execution of custom pilot programs to test product-market fit and inform GTM Product Strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to triage and resolve systemic client escalations and high-stakes operational bottlenecks.
- Optimize personnel, processes, and tooling to maximize revenue and overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, management consulting, or in-house strategy roles.
- Proven experience partnering with client-facing teams (Client Success, Account Management, or Implementation) and sales functions.
- Strong process design and project management skills applied to complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
- Ability to distill complex data sets into actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
- Must be based in the United States.
