Salary: £34,000 + discretionary bonus

What you will do

  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems like HiBob for accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with benefits providers to manage enrolments and changes.
  • Draft and update company policies and employment documentation, including contracts and offer letters.
  • Own full onboarding and offboarding processes from setup to exit administration.
  • Optimize processes in HR tools to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People team.

Requirements

  • Eager to learn and grow in HR and people operations.
  • Organised with great attention to detail.
  • Enjoy understanding systems and processes, proactive about spotting inefficiencies.
  • Genuine interest in people operations, employee experience, and HR systems.
  • Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus but not essential.

Nice to have

  • Excitement about GenAI opportunities and utilising GenAI hub.
