What you will do

  • Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and leavers.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and perform data entry, audits, and regular checks within the HRIS.
  • Prepare and issue standard HR correspondence, such as contracts, offer documentation, and confirmation letters.
  • Support recruitment activities by circulating CVs to managers, liaising with candidates, and arranging interviews.
  • Coordinate internal training programs, manage logistics for sessions, and evaluate feedback via surveys.
  • Assist in documenting and updating HR processes, procedures, and intranet content.

Requirements

  • Currently studying towards or recently completed an HR qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bracknell, UK.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion.
  • Proactive and reliable nature with a strong desire to learn.

Nice to have

  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced HR or office environment.
  • Curiosity and demonstrated interest in applying AI methods to improve administrative processes.
  • Interest in HR systems, data, and process improvement.
