What you will do
- Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and leavers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and perform data entry, audits, and regular checks within the HRIS.
- Prepare and issue standard HR correspondence, such as contracts, offer documentation, and confirmation letters.
- Support recruitment activities by circulating CVs to managers, liaising with candidates, and arranging interviews.
- Coordinate internal training programs, manage logistics for sessions, and evaluate feedback via surveys.
- Assist in documenting and updating HR processes, procedures, and intranet content.
Requirements
- Currently studying towards or recently completed an HR qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 3 or equivalent).
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bracknell, UK.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion.
- Proactive and reliable nature with a strong desire to learn.
Nice to have
- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced HR or office environment.
- Curiosity and demonstrated interest in applying AI methods to improve administrative processes.
- Interest in HR systems, data, and process improvement.
