TL;DR

Resource Scheduler (hirify.global Children’s & Education): Support day-to-day organisation of people and resources with an accent on maintaining accurate information, recruitment, and onboarding activities. Focus on troubleshooting people systems, building stakeholder rapport, and contributing to process improvements using automation and AI tools.

Location: Salford – Hybrid. Eligibility to work in the UK required (employment screening checks including eligibility to work).

Salary: £24,600 - £30,000 depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Support accurate people and resourcing information for effective team planning.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding, serving as a point of contact.
• Build rapport with stakeholders at all levels across the department.
• Troubleshoot people systems issues and handle ad-hoc tasks flexibly.
• Contribute to improving ways of working, including automation and AI tools like Copilot.

Requirements

• Experience or training in business administration or equivalent transferable experience.
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Experience working with stakeholders across a department or organisation.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn new systems and support colleagues with technical or process queries. Eligibility to work in the UK (checks will be conducted).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding or people processes.
• Experience with data-driven systems or reporting tools.
• Interest in process improvements, automation or AI tools like Copilot.
• Experience in a large or complex organisation.
