What you will do
- Support employee relations and organizational change activities, including attending meetings and maintaining confidential records.
- Project manage and deliver Learning & Development programs, mentoring activities, and culture/engagement workstreams.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, stakeholder updates, and delivery materials based on employee feedback.
- Design and deliver HR communications and engaging content for various channels.
- Assist with annual benefits renewal, wellbeing initiatives, onboarding resources, and employee networks to promote inclusion.
- Analyse HR reporting and analytics data, and support review of HR policies and digital solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in HR/Business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Nice to have
- Experience in HR, People Operations, or related placement/internship
- Experience supporting projects or employee initiatives
- Exposure to data, reporting, or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
