What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through to exit.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies.
• Manage sensitive people data and provide reporting support while ensuring confidentiality.
• Maintain and update the internal knowledge base, including FAQs and policy guides.
• Support data gathering and engagement activities for compensation and benefits initiatives.
• Collaborate on people-centric projects to drive positive organizational impact.

Requirements

• Familiarity with core HR functions such as payroll, benefits, and onboarding.
• Understanding of employment laws to ensure operational compliance.
• Experience managing people processes with a focus on self-service workflows.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in London.
