What you will do
- Own and deliver new business ACV and revenue targets to drive sustainable double-digit growth.
- Develop and execute the global enterprise sales strategy for the KYC360 platform.
- Lead complex, high-value deal cycles and negotiations with senior stakeholders across Tier 1 banks and fintechs.
- Lead and coach a top-performing enterprise sales team, setting targets and driving accountability.
- Define market positioning and go-to-market strategy aligned with KYC, AML, and financial crime trends.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships across key accounts to maximize long-term value.
Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership within financial services, RegTech, or data/analytics solutions.
- Strong experience building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies.
- Effective negotiation and strong commercial skills.
- Proven ability to develop long-term relationships with C-suite executives.
- Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid setup)
