What you will do

  • Own and deliver new business ACV and revenue targets to drive sustainable double-digit growth.
  • Develop and execute the global enterprise sales strategy for the KYC360 platform.
  • Lead complex, high-value deal cycles and negotiations with senior stakeholders across Tier 1 banks and fintechs.
  • Lead and coach a top-performing enterprise sales team, setting targets and driving accountability.
  • Define market positioning and go-to-market strategy aligned with KYC, AML, and financial crime trends.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships across key accounts to maximize long-term value.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership within financial services, RegTech, or data/analytics solutions.
  • Strong experience building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Effective negotiation and strong commercial skills.
  • Proven ability to develop long-term relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid setup)
