TL;DR

Senior Sales Executive - Travel & Mobility (Fintech): Generate revenue by selling Embedded Financial Experiences to companies in the Fleet/Mobility/Travel vertical with an accent on B2B sales strategy, client engagement, and business development. Focus on identifying market trends, qualifying prospects, conducting C-level presentations, and managing the full sales lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid in London or Chester, UK (teams also in Brussels, Amsterdam)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategy for B2B, enterprise, and SME markets in Fleet/Mobility/Travel vertical.
  • Identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to set sales goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales with business objectives.
  • Act as hunter: qualify prospects, understand their business/regulatory needs, and manage full sales lifecycle.
  • Build trust through demos, presentations, and follow-ups; log activity in CRM.
  • Provide feedback on prospects to inform marketing and product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 6+ years selling SaaS, fintech/tech, or B2B solutions with quota attainment history.
  • Superb listening, empathy, tenacity, and ability to overcome objections and rejection.
  • Proven C-level presentation skills and relationship-building.
  • Self-starter with collaborative attitude and process improvement mindset.
  • Passion for sales in fast-growing fintech.

Nice to have

  • Multilingual skills.
  • Previous experience and contacts in Fleet/Mobility/Travel vertical.
