What you will do
- Drive market expansion by balancing long-term Enterprise deals with high-velocity Mid-Market revenue.
- Own pipeline through proactive hunting, lead generation, and ecosystem engagement to build sustainable business.
- Structure sales approach, playbooks, and processes for UK market and team expansion.
- Target high-value accounts, engaging from technical product managers to C-level executives.
- Lead cross-functional engagements with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk for technical integrations and live transactions.
- Provide market insights to innovation and leadership teams and represent as thought leader at industry forums.
Requirements
- 7+ years high-impact sales experience in Payments or Fintech, with proven track record in competitive accounts.
- Practitioner of modern enterprise sales frameworks like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, disciplined in qualifying deals.
- Expert individual contributor with ambition for leadership, comfortable with API documentation and ROI business cases.
- Grit for long enterprise cycles and agility for mid-market, with ownership of territory.
- Collaborative spirit, mentoring peers, thriving in high-stakes environments and networking.
