What you will do

  • Drive market expansion by balancing long-term Enterprise deals with high-velocity Mid-Market revenue.
  • Own pipeline through proactive hunting, lead generation, and ecosystem engagement to build sustainable business.
  • Structure sales approach, playbooks, and processes for UK market and team expansion.
  • Target high-value accounts, engaging from technical product managers to C-level executives.
  • Lead cross-functional engagements with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk for technical integrations and live transactions.
  • Provide market insights to innovation and leadership teams and represent hirify.global as thought leader at industry forums.

Requirements

  • 7+ years high-impact sales experience in Payments or Fintech, with proven track record in competitive accounts.
  • Practitioner of modern enterprise sales frameworks like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, disciplined in qualifying deals.
  • Expert individual contributor with ambition for leadership, comfortable with API documentation and ROI business cases.
  • Grit for long enterprise cycles and agility for mid-market, with ownership of territory.
  • Collaborative spirit, mentoring peers, thriving in high-stakes environments and networking.
