New Business Sales Manager (Hrtech): Leading the launch and scale of a new employee experience platform proposition in the UK market with an accent on personal new logo sales performance, alongside coaching and performance management of a team of four. Focus on managing multi stakeholders across financial, technical and security functions.
Location: Hybrid, Milton Keynes

What you will do
- Own a significant personal new-business target and lead by example through prospecting, discovery, and closing.
- Manage and coach a team of four (SDR and Business Development Managers).
- Execute the Go-To-Market strategy for the new platform.
- Maintain accurate pipeline across personal and team deals in CRM.
- Align with Marketing, Customer Success and Operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer experience levels.
Requirements
- 6+ years B2B new business sales experience in employee / prepaid market.
- Proven top-quartile individual contributor performance.
- Experience managing a small sales team while carrying quota.
- Strong discovery, qualification, and closing skills.
- Mid/Large market sales experience (200–1500 employees).
- Strong c suite communications skills.
Nice to have
- Experience launching or scaling a new platform.
- HR tech / SaaS / FinTech exposure.
- Mid-market sales experience (200–1500 employees).
