TL;DR

Partner Account Manager (Financial Services): Managing and growing relationships with Financial Services partners and GSIs in the UK to drive acquisition and revenue with an accent on strategic partnership development and sales growth. Focus on identifying upsell opportunities, lead qualification, and supervising the onboarding of new target partners.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week minimum in London, UK)

What you will do

  • Build and manage strong relationships with Corporate and Enterprise partners as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive growth through strategic thinking, identifying upsell opportunities, and managing annual agreement renewals.
  • Perform quarterly business reviews and regular check-in calls to ensure partner health and client satisfaction.
  • Handle lead generation, qualification, and sales strategy in tight collaboration with the sales team.
  • Identify and acquire new Financial Services focused partners via social media and professional networking.
  • Support partners in enhancing their technical skills and experience with hirify.global technology.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of partner account management experience within financial services and GSI environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software/SaaS with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Experience in managing medium to large partners.
  • Strong regional personal network and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of CRM and BPM applications and experience executing business solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
