What you will do

• Administer methadone as prescribed and ensure strict medication accountability.
• Evaluate and assess new and current patients for treatment appropriateness.
• Collect urine specimens, record results, and monitor lab work and physicals.
• Maintain medical supply inventories and receive shipments per DEA procedures.
• Document medication discrepancies and maintain accurate dosing records.
• Participate in weekly treatment team meetings and monthly in-service trainings.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of employment
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computing knowledge and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a medical office environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical addiction treatment.
• Phlebotomist certification.
