Location: Onsite at Atlanta, Georgia clinic (must be within 45 minutes commuting distance). Sunday shifts 6:15 AM to 7:15 PM.

Salary: $20-$25 hourly

What you will do

• Handle patient check-in, registration, check-out, scheduling, and educate on post-scan expectations.
• Serve as liaison between patients, providers, technologists, and staff while addressing concerns with empathy.
• Prepare patients for MRI scans, screen for contraindications, assist with positioning, and support technologists.
• Maintain MRI suite, equipment, and patient areas, reporting issues and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Keep front desk organized and stocked for smooth operations.

Requirements

• At least 1+ year in customer service, preferably healthcare.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic, punctuality, and flexibility for varied hours including weekends.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage fast-paced environment.
• Team player with emotional intelligence and passion for patient care.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or MedSpa.
• Proven role as Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
