What you will do

• Administer methadone as prescribed by the Medical Director or Clinic Physician.
• Evaluate and assess new and current patients for treatment appropriateness.
• Observe and assess patients post-administration and follow physician orders.
• Collect urine specimens, maintain inventories, and receive medication shipments per DEA procedures.
• Coordinate dose packages, train new nurses, and participate in treatment team meetings.
• Maintain accurate records, report discrepancies, and ensure accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Licensed as LPN/LVN in the state of TN (RN preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certified.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Accurate data entry skills and basic computing knowledge.
• Knowledge of dosing equipment, centrifuge, physical assessment tools, test strips, and breathalyzers.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and react quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical addiction.
• Phlebotomist certification.
