What you will do

• Assist attorneys with reviewing and analyzing trust, estate, and other fiduciary documents from customers.
• Clarify customer requests and determine the adequacy of documentation provided to banking centers.
• Help design and implement automation in the document review process to increase efficiency.
• Respond rapidly and accurately to customer requests in consultation with legal counsel.
• Support the legal department in other assigned matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related paralegal experience, preferably in corporate, financial services, or law firm settings.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of legal terminology, document formats, and standard legal procedures.
• Direct experience working with trust and estate documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and legal matter/contract management systems.
• Must be based in Tulsa, OK, US.
