A venture-backed Health-Tech company disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector through a next-generation drug acquisition platform.

What you will do

  • Create the BDR playbook for outbound prospecting and top-of-funnel motion.
  • Source and qualify new sales opportunities through warm and outbound campaigns.
  • Execute personalized outreach sequences and value-led messaging.
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover PBM challenges, pain points, and decision criteria.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene and lead source attribution in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles.
  • Proven performance against pipeline targets in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Fluency in CRM and sequencing tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
  • Must be based in the USA (indicated by 401k and US-specific health benefits).

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into benefits consultants and brokers.
  • Familiarity with PBM mechanics including rebates, formularies, and pass-through pricing.
  • History of success within high-growth, mission-driven health tech companies.
