Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Atlanta (Buckhead office), with 1 day a week onsite

What you will do
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of BDRs, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies and optimize outreach content including calling scripts and email templates.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to align on target accounts and campaign strategies.
- Monitor team KPIs and utilize CRM and sales engagement tools to track pipeline progress.
- Evaluate and implement AI tools and new software to scale pipeline development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS Sales or Business Development experience, preferably in Healthcare IT or Health Tech.
- 2+ years in a leadership role managing BDR or sales teams.
- Proven track record of meeting pipeline targets and driving lead generation initiatives.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel for conferences 2-3 times per year.
