TL;DR

Finance Transformation Senior Associate (Finance): Performing business process analysis and requirements definition to remediate gaps in finance and operations functions with an accent on process optimization and sustainable model implementation. Focus on quantitative analysis, developing business cases, and managing client relationships to streamline operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Charlotte, NC or Pittsburgh, PA. In-person attendance required at least three days per week.

Salary: $110,400 – $140,760

What you will do

  • Analyze business processes and define requirements to remediate gaps in finance and operations.
  • Perform cost and cycle time analysis to drive process optimization and business transformation.
  • Design and implement sustainable models that streamline operations and comply with business needs.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day relationship contact for clients to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development efforts.
  • Manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects within a rapidly growing practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2+ years of work-related experience in financial management and/or consulting.
  • Experience working in financial services in a consulting capacity with a focus on finance.
  • Proficiency in process analysis, Reporting & BI, and data analysis/reconciliation.
  • Working knowledge of Close-the-books, Chart-of-Accounts, Treasury, and FP&A.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
