TL;DR
Customer Success Representative (Commercial): Managing the renewal of customer maintenance contracts and identifying expansion opportunities with an accent on customer retention and revenue growth. Focus on driving revenue bookings, overachieving quotas, and maintaining high customer satisfaction within the velocity customer base.
Location: Remote (Must be permanently located in Poland)

What you will do
- Manage the renewal of customer maintenance contracts and achieve territory expansion goals.
- Execute annual pipeline management and perform customer experience assessments.
- Drive revenue bookings through proactive outreach and cold calling lapsed support customers.
- Collaborate with Deal Desk, Legal, and Sales teams to prepare special terms and offers.
- Maintain high Salesforce hygiene and provide accurate business forecasting and insights.
- Guide customers through licensing transfers and support ticket escalation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced level English and German language proficiency.
- Professional experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Proven track record of overachieving quotas and KPIs.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level accounts with technically complex configurations.
- Must be permanently located in Poland.

- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
