Salary: $93,300 - $121,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and customer advocate between enterprise clients and internal teams.
  • Lead renewals and proactively identify expansion opportunities to drive growth and value for both the customer and hirify.global.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive success plans with defined business outcomes, milestones, and metrics.
  • Increase product adoption by creating and executing action-oriented plans and utilizing deep functional product expertise.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with Business and Technical Decision Makers to influence solution adoption.
  • Orchestrate the customer lifecycle from onboarding through value realization, providing implementation oversight and change management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS or software company.
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build trust with a broad range of stakeholders, including executives and technical leads.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts and managing large-scale renewals.
  • Proficiency with CS tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Excel, PPT, and ChurnZero.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Information Technology, Business, or Finance preferred.
