Customer Success Manager (German): Support SMB and Mid-Market hospitality customers transitioning from onboarding to long-term success with hirify.global products, driving adoption, retention, ROI, and account growth with an accent on strategic account management and scalable engagement. Focus on building relationships with stakeholders, identifying upsell opportunities, leveraging data insights, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Location: Flexible, hybrid working options. No matter where you’re based. Work from anywhere for a few weeks each year via Workation policy. Relocation options available after 1 year.

What you will do

  • Guide customers through adoption, value realization, renewals, and occasional onboarding support.
  • Build long-term relationships with business and technical stakeholders, acting as trusted advisor.
  • Drive satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and expansion via upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop Success Plans, track ROI with data insights, and perform whitespace analysis for growth.
  • Engage via one-to-one, one-to-many, webinars, automation, and digital programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Support, Product, and other teams on initiatives and feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German.
  • 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record in retention, revenue growth, and cross-functional/fast-paced environments.
  • SaaS and/or hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, communication, analytical, and commercial skills.
  • Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, Confluence, Slack, Jira, Gong, CRM, or PMS platforms advantageous.
