Asset Charging Officer

What you will do

• Create high-standard asset packs for charging and intragroup transactions
• Ensure legal data and contracts are accurate and uploaded to digital platforms within SLAs
• Manage valuation and disposal processes in compliance with deadlines
• Produce analyses and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with banks, security trustees, valuers, and law firms
• Maintain the Asset & Liabilities Register and assist with administrative tasks

Requirements

• Hybrid work in London required
• Broad knowledge of statutory, regulatory, and common law for real estate and affordable housing
• Property charging experience in affordable housing sector preferable
• Experience supporting real estate and affordable housing transactions
• Experience in general corporate matters
• Competent in IT systems
