What you will do
- Co-create and evolve enterprise learning and leadership development strategy with Global Head.
- Translate strategies into learning agendas for leadership and workforce capabilities.
- Advise business and HR leaders on capability gaps and priorities.
- Architect scalable learning solutions integrating formal learning, experience, and on-the-job application.
- Oversee learning portfolio, prioritization, and governance for measurable value.
- Define metrics, use data for continuous improvement, and foster learning culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years in learning, leadership development, talent management, or organizational development
- Experience shaping enterprise/global strategies in complex matrixed organizations
- Proven influence with senior leaders without formal authority
- Strong consulting mindset, systems thinking, executive presence, and communication
- Experience designing scalable solutions across stakeholders, vendors, regions
- Data and insights for impact assessment; financial services experience preferred
